What you're charged for

Veml pulls the email addresses out of your file and removes exact duplicates. Every address that's left counts toward your list size, whatever its result turns out to be: Passed, Risky, Unknown or Invalid. Finding the bad addresses is the whole point, so they count the same as the good ones.

You see the price for your list before you pay.

Lists that fall between sizes

If your list doesn't match a size exactly, it uses the next size up. The unused part stays as a balance you can spend on your next check. A few examples:

How your balance works

If something goes wrong

If the mailbox check can't run or doesn't finish, the balance for that check is restored automatically, so you can run it again. You can also ask for a refund. See the refund policy for the details.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account?

No. There's no sign-up and no password. You paste or upload your list, pay once through Stripe, and get your results.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once for one check. Nothing renews and you won't be billed again unless you buy another check.

Am I charged for invalid or risky addresses?

Yes. Every address in your list counts after exact duplicates are removed, whatever its result: Passed, Risky, Unknown or Invalid. Finding the bad ones is the job.

What if my list is between two sizes?

Your list uses the next size up. The part you don't use stays as a balance in the same browser for 30 days, so you can use it on your next check.

What happens if the check fails?

If the mailbox check can't run or doesn't finish, the balance for that check is restored automatically and you can run it again. You can also ask for a refund.

How do I pay?

By card, through Stripe. Veml never sees your full card number.
