About Veml

Veml is a small, simple email list checker. You add a list, pay once, and find out which addresses are good, which are risky and which will bounce.

Who runs it

I'm David Ray, a web developer and digital marketer in Palm Harbor, Florida. I work with realtors and small businesses on their websites and marketing, and email is a big part of that.

Why Veml exists

Most email checkers want you to create an account, buy a bundle of credits or sign up for a monthly plan. That's fine if you send email every day. It's a lot of hassle if you just have one list to clean before a mailing.

I wanted something simpler: add a list, see the price, pay once, get your results. No account, no subscription and no minimum. That's Veml.

What Veml can and can't do

Veml runs a set of checks on each address, then a live mailbox check through our verification partner. It tells you, in plain English, why each address got the result it did. You can see every check on the how it works page.

To be honest about the limits: no email checker can promise your email will be delivered. Mail servers can be wrong, can change, or can refuse to answer. Some accept every address, so those can't be confirmed either way. Veml shows those as Risky or Unknown instead of guessing.
